What to include in your message
Four things make the first reply useful: what you sell (or make), where you sell it — retail, eCommerce, wholesale, marketplaces — what systems you run today (accounting, inventory, spreadsheets all count), and what's hurting — the thing that made you go looking. Rough is fine; a scoping conversation fills in the rest.
